CPW EM simulation in ADS

Hi,

I am trying to simulate CPW in the ADS platform by varying the substrate (Si) resistivity.
The substrate structure is GaN-on-Si (GaN=10um, Si=1mm)
Which simulation platform momentum RF or microwave is suitable? both the platform executes the same result?

I want to see the effect of resistivity on S21.
