Hello,

We are doing a 170W full-bridge for 90-265VAC.

I use ETD34 with the secondary in 4 layers, sandwiched between 2 lots of 3 layers of primary windings.

....Since primary and secondary are comprised of multiple layers....will this effect the coupling between primary and secondary?

I had to use a gap in the core to stay below saturation, and then the gap's prescence meant needing to wind many turns...obviously again, to stay out of saturation.
