Hi
I am designing a rf board amplifier for 1,1Ghz with BGA2869,115 (attached)
What should be the Coupling capacitors of RF_IN and RF_OUT for 1,1GHz? C1 and C2
for 1090 Mhz ~= 1.1Ghz

Thank you

You can choose two capacitors with a SRF of about 1GHz, in order to have the minimum series impedance. Roughly the value should be around 39pF.

Thank you very much for the information. What is the value for 162Mhz?
Where can i find coupling capacitors? Silicon RF capacitors?
Are these capacitors specific for RF?

Thank you very much again

Did you review the application example in datasheet? They use 470 pF 0603 chip for frequencies down to 100 MHz. I would prefer 0402 size due to lower series inductance.

Use SimSurfing tool from Murata, and this will give an idea what capacitor value and size to chose for minimum reactance at desired frequency.
