could anybody give me some advise on the IF-sampling S/H.

I think the differential S/H with offset cancellation is a good choice. You can check the "Analog Integrated Circuit Design" by John and Martin for detail.

thank you, do you have any thesis or lecture about wide wireless communications or if sampling?
