Cost estimation of PCB design

I am wondering is there any way to estimate the cost of the PCB design which is under development. The PCB design is not finished yet. I maybe need to add two more layers to a 6-layer design. The two additional layers will be just power and ground planes. Does it cost much to manufacture PCB if I increase the layers from 6 to 8 ?
