copper strip board connection

for parallel connection of copper strip board(example pin 16 of apr9600), i had connected 1 of the pin of 0.1uf and 22uf capacitor in series with the pin 16(only 1 of the pin which is in the same trace of copper) is that consider parallel?

if yes/no,please do provide me some picture for reference

the schematic are in page 9 of the attachment.

What does not work? How do you know that the problem is related to pin 16 wiring?

Generally speaking, there may be problems of insufficient bypassing respectively too high ground inductance. But it will more depend on the bypass capacitor's return path. E.g. a RF stripboard with continuous ground plane on the top side should work perfectly.
 

Error could be something else...check each and every connection,power supplies etc..
 

@FvM, i didnt say the pin 16 wiring problems,just give an example only, the insufficient bypassing respectively too high ground inductance,can u explain this?and please provide some references,thanks.

@sivamani, i had connected all the supply pin(VCCA,VCCD etc) to 1st line of copper strip board, and connect +5v to the 1st line too, then all ground connect to last line,is that correct?

I assume that the power supply wiring on a strip board, although not ideal, will be sufficient for this chip. I agree with sivamani that the problem is most likely something different.

To understand your "first line, last line" wiring, we should know about the board width respectively number of strips. It would be reasonable to place power and ground strips next to the chip and possibly connect bypass capacitors between ground and power supply pins directly.
 



these are the pictures, the "first line" indicate by red wire,which is on top; the last line is mixed with black,blue and purple which at bottom.

the IC i had taken out, the 1st line i had connected to +5v in the lab and last line to ground. So, do i need the bypass capacitors?

and,a schematic diagram is attached.
