can anyone please send me MATLAB code for convolution coding/viterbi decoding ....... or a code for reed solomon coding/decoding

why you don't use Matlab help. type convolutional in search field and then you find the topics.

trellis,vitdec,poly2trellis,convenc
...
are some of related commands in Matlab. using these command is much easier faster and confident

hai, i am doing my final yearproject on the " digital channel encoding and decoding"

this decoder is not being able to decode following bit sequence

u=[ 1 0 1 1 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 1 1];

anyone has any idea on how ???

hello,

maybe u have a simulink implementation of the convolutional coding to viterbi decoding and can update, i try to make a model but when data is decoded with viterbi i have loss of bits
