converting bandpass to lowpass and then back after calculating ifft

I have some bandpass data avialable from VNA which i want to take ifft using MATLAB ifft function. when i am taking the ifft in 0-10 GHz range the results are correct but when i am taking 5-10 GHz the results go wrong.
So please suggest me how to write code such a problem so that matlab may cosider the band data as low pass case.
