Good day to all.

I need help on how to convert the following input voltages;

60 volts input voltage to 0.6 volts as output voltage.
59 volts input voltage to 0.59 volts as output voltage.
58 volts input voltage to 0.58 volts as output voltage.
until ....
1 volts input voltage to 0.01 volt as output voltage.

Can you please give me the circuit diagram and solution to this problem? I would appreciate for any help you could extend. Thanks.

you need two resistors implemented as a divider ...
and some solid courses on electronics !
what you're asking is the base of electronics ...
