converter 50 hz to 60 hz

PLEASE WHERE I CAN BUY A CONVERTER FREQUENCY: in my company we have a probleme in frequency we have a motor that hé work to 230 v and 60 hz (to 30 ampère to 40 ampere) .a probleme that in QATAR we work with 50 hz please if you have idea wherewe can buy this converter .thank you
 

You cannot convert a one frequency to another (other than Mixing which would apply to high-frequencies).
I would think you need to convert this down to some voltage in DC (48V?) and regenerate it back to 230V AC @ 60Hz.

Some products exist that might be able to do this (https://50hz.com). The answer I gave is more of a engineering perspective.

If you you use a 60 HZ motor on 50 hertz then it will take more current, if you reduce the voltage (50/60) then the motor will work reliablely, albeit at reduced speed and power.
Or as above you buy a solid state VFD and just set the output to 60 HZ or you buy a motor generator set.

you can still use the 60hz motor, but make sure max load is always less than 80% of nominal for it at 50Hz

Operating a 60 Hz motor with 50 Hz and rated 60 Hz voltage can cause saturation and overcurrent, besides obvious 17 percent speed reduction. If it's possible though depends on the motor design margins and can be only answered by a practical test. The only way to achieve full speed and full delivered power with overloading the motor is a VFD inverter.
 

IIRC, the 'old fashioned' solution was a close-coupled motor and alternator aka (IIRC) rotary convertor. May be easier to retro-fit the existing motor, as that limits the zoo of failure modes.
