convert voltage or current signal to power supply voltage..

i hv voltage signal 0-10V or current 4-20mA as input..
i need to convert this signal to an Output voltage to control my device..
the input source to control my device should b voltage supply with at least 3A.
so what circuit can i use to get the voltage??
