conversion from ascii text file to hexa

i need c++ code for converting ascii text file to hexa numbers...so far i only found conversion from either hexa to ascii, or decimal to ascii..so can any gentlemen in this forum help me with this prob...i need it asap...

Can you be more specific? Do you want to convert character '3' to 0x30 or something else?
