Can any body forward me some documents which describes how to improve the convergence of SPECTRE.

U can refer to source link. A lot of documentation is available. U can search google and find the topics and then ask for thos papers.

Sourcelink provides document for each convergence problem.
But I want a document that contains info about all the convergence problems

Hi,

search for "Designers Guide to SPICE and Spectre". It is a really good book and also convergence issues are discussed.
