89C51 Controller Board for 4 channel Audio Selector

Control Board (micro controller board using 89C51)
Uses 89C51 as heart of circuit has connector for push buttons, LCD, ports to connect other modules, Power supply on/of .

Front Panel
Push buttons and 3 led's connected to control board(third one connected to 5vdc)

4 channel Relay Board, 4 pole relay to switch Left,Right and ground.
Common return ground is not used, additional mute relay (used during power on/off , and channel change) separate ground connection from amp for mute.
Relay board can be used with other circuits also, 5VDC relay are driven by ULN2003

Prototype likely to be ready during first week of march.

Hi,

I have completed 4 channel Audio controller circuits,
brain of this kit is 89C52 based controller board, which is programmed for LCD interface, front panel with button and LED's
it supports PSU interface, Standby and Active mode.
after power on it goes to "Standby" mode, on press on button it goes into "Active" mode & prompts for channel selection, upon press of button it changes channel, same is displayed in LCD.
Active and Standby mode signals PSU, high and low .

Front panel button and LED:
Two buttons for Power on an other for Channel Select.
Two LED , Power on off LED and Button press response LED with option for buzzer (5 volts beeper) on board.
