hallo evry body <

i have wipermotor i used it to move of pv module it 17kg>>

i use l298 as adrive of motor and pic 16f877a >>

before i built system with drive i make test by manual the motor current is 3 Amp >>

now can i use the l298 to drive this motor>>

and if i can use what is another component with l298 to protect l298 frome burning>>

L298 current rating is ~ 2 amps, so driving 3 amps is a bad idea. L298 will 'burn'
Better to make your own h-bridge using mosfets. Make sure you program the dead-time in your pwms properly before runnig on a live load.
 

what did you mean dead-time.

and i have irf840 how can i built compleat h-bridge with this type of mosfet.
 

well, i assumed you would want to control speed and direction both.
