Please help, what is the meaning of the continuous current rating of a CB? Is it the same as Icu, Icw, Icm or Ics of the CB?

For example, from the CB rating below what is its continuous current rating:

 

the Ie rating is 4000A for continuous use. (See bottom of label)

These are designed to protect electrical systems from damage caused by overloads, short circuits and equipment ground faults, such as 65KA in less than 1 second.

So is Ie the same as In (rated operational current) = 4000 A? Sory i'm still newbie
