continuity and insulation tester for blind

One of my friend become blind after a brain surgery, He was a electrical winding expert, now he got training for motor winding, he is 100% blind but he is doing his job very neatly, Now he need a continuty and insulation (meg ohm) tester with audio indication. his main need is insulation tester with audio output(battery operated).

please help to find a circuit for the above purpose
