Connecting outputs of two power amplifiers

I have two power amplifier for different frequency bands, how i can connect it to one load?

I try to find way different from "place a switch". It is not good, because output power is +8dBm on 25Ohm and max frequency is 3GHz.

If the intended operation allows to use a switch, a GaAs switch would be a straightforward and simple solution for 8 dBm/ 3 Ghz. Simultaneous operation is possible with a diplexer.

But it is must be placed in IC, not external component. And technology which i using is SiGe based.

Why don't you use one common PA output stage?

Currently, I'm trying to do this
But i also want to know about other methods of solving this problem in IC design (excluding switches of course).
 

A tuned PA may make better use of a technology's capability
than a wideband design.

CMOS RF Antenna switches are everywhere now, your
frequency and power ranges are not challenging but on
a junction isolated or PDSOI technology, linearity may be
your problem. If you are in a RF process flow and a RF
PDK, I'd think there might be reuse libraries or conference
pubs that would give you some design cues.

Depending on what downsides a depowered amplifier
in shunt brings, you might be able to use the power
path (drain switch? local LDO / envelope tracking amp?)
to turn off the unused amp, folding its Cout into the
matching network.
