wat is the meaning of WinSock:Connection refused? 8O

i think that is windows network connection bug..

Try to ping your server. Or the path of your license is correct?

are you behind the firewall to the lic server?
'cause you need to use specified tcp/ip port to connect the lic server, if your firewall disable the port, you can not connect the lic server.

Hi

A. It seems that you are in windows
Do the following steps first and report the status

1. Start -> Run -> (cmd or command)
2. ipconfig /all
3. Are you see all the options complete?

4. ping <ip_of_your_lic_server>
5. If step 4 is OK, then read the following part:

Look in your lic. server and be sure that vendor daemon and lmgrd are running correctly.
If it is LINUX machine: ps -el | grep lmgrd
If it is UNIX machine : ps -xl | grep lmgrd

If this step is also correct, read the following part:

Are you or your administrator have beeen installed a firewall in your computer (which shows error?) if yesm then look for the rules and contact with your administrator.
Otherwsie deeply check that the port you have using for tcp connection with lic. server is not blocked with firewall.

Report the status of doing these steps for futher guidance.

tnx
