How to find the beta value of a transistor in ADS using DC simulation tool.?

Enter the equation in your data display: Beta=Ic/Ib, hopefully you know how to measure Ic and Ib.

Look at Simulate-->Detailed Operating Point
Then click the transistor which you're interested in , ADS will give you all available OP values.

Actually, if you just want to know beta at one specific collector current,bigboss is right and his way is faster. But for a dc sweep you can use the equation.
