configure techfile to ic5033

unable to configure the techfile like NCSU_ami06 or MCSU_TSMC05 etc to ic5033. i installed ic5033 and aptivia and then went to lib manager to design new project. but, i dont have any techfiles. so, i tried by the option
in tools>techonology file. but couldnt get correct response.

Can any one please tell me how to configure the techfiles to the library manager of ic5033?

there are some problems on ic50 run for rh9.0 or later
are u this kind of problem?
