conductor skin depth makes EM invisible threw it

Hello , I was told there is a conductor thickness can decide what frequencies of wave it could pass threw it as if its transparent?
Is there some theory I could read about it to see and simulate this effect?

This works for dielectrics if path length = n * lambda/2.
There is not such magic for conductors.
