Is there a simple way to read netlist or display netlist in human readable format?

Also, how do you see the changes from previous revision to the next revision in netlist.
When the netlist is exported to layout, you can see the ECO changes.
IS there a way to see the changes without going to layout?

Everything is human readable but it takes a lot of pain. Netlists are designed to be read in by tools. Of course the top level ports are much more friendly to interpret than the netlist body.

I do a file diff, my notepad++ supports it.

Another way is to do is a Logic Equivalence Check (LEC) b/w two netlists and see their logical difference (you need a LEC tool).
