Is there a feature in concept HDL similar to find/replace.
I am trying to rename netlist.

Tried Global update, but doesn't work the way I want. For example,

the net names are x_y_z1, x_y_z2 etc
If I want to replace x with a, I can't just search for x, it has to be x*.
Nothing turns up if I search for just x. When I search for x*, the nets show up.

Any tricks?

To answer my own question, in Global update, instead of netlist, use sig_name

Such work is done by the help of scripts.
You can use Perl or Python.
