Compressor Specifications Required.

Dear Friends

I am working/designing the circuit to drive the compressor with the Mitsubishi's IPMs.

for that, i am looking out to understand the Compressor's specifications.

Kindly help me with some good articles,links which covered the Electrical specifications for the Compressors.

The load of a compressor is an electric motor. So it all depends on the size of the motor, so 100W 230 single phase to 20kW 415V 3phase for commercial installations.

Basically compressor have a motor inside(Rotary, scroll compressors) or outside(Belt compressors) , a piston(various types) and many other control and safety components. Compressor motor operate to piston and piston compress the gas(404A, 407A, R22). Compressor motor current waver due to refrigeration and/or cooling conditions.
