The whole device is 99% from an old compressor.
What is needed:
- a compressor hs 11, used in Ursus C-330
- a big pressure tank from Star
- a little pressure tank from C-330
A pressure switch was taken from a pressure tank pump 'Grudziadz', quite popular some time ago. Next, an oil separator from C-330 to prevent the oil from getting out from the compressor, not to get to the whole installation, a return valve, two manometers (the main one and the other on a big bottle), the main switch with thermals from the same pump, from which a pressure switch is, power, several pipes, elbows and elements shown on the photographs.
The whole device is powered by an inductive engine 1,1KW, on a proper move.
There is a possibility of setting on the little tank of about 15L, by closing the big tank, which enables reaching pressure of about 8bars to minor works or setting the both tanks on in a really short time.
In this case, total capacity (with pipes) enlarges into more than 60L. The pressure switch is set to switch off at the pressure about 7bars. This could extend the life of the compressor. It switches on at about 4bars.
Then, a controller output and the cooling (turbine engine from a kitchen hood) were added.
Also, a control board, as seen in the picture, was projected and self-made. It took about 5 days of work.
The compressor still needs painting, placing the cables etc.
