Component Marking Code E5 help

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a 5 pins component with Code Marking E5. I think the package is SOT23 but I'm not 100% positive.


As I can't take a suitable picture ( component too small) I drew it. There is a notch between two pins (n°1 and 2 I guess) and admitting the pin 1 is the one on the left of the notch, the pin 3 is connected to ground.

Can someone help me identifiing is this part?
I have already search for this part and found a lot of E5 marked parts but none seems suitable.

ELM7S04B, TC7S04F/FU and RN5VD45AA seems the most suitable. I'll check them with more attention but thanks.

I am also looking for another part so I post it here juste in case.

It is a 6 pins part with marking 41FAH (the 1 and the A have a line above them : 4/1F/AH) and I think it is in an SOT-23 package.

Pins 1 2 5 and 6 are connected.
Volatge between pin 3 a nd 4 is 1.24V (measured with multimeter in diode mode, + on pin3 and gnd on pin 4).

It is the part circled on the picture.
