Hi Sfunds,
I remember couple of your previous posts as well you are concerned with the topics in Higher Algebra.

I would suggest two books in Higher Algebra

1) Higher Algebra by Hall and Knight. Try solving the problems at the very end in Miscellaneous section which contains some classic gems. This book serves as the beginners level.

2) Higher Algebra by Bernard and Child. This book is a beauty an very crisp book every page needs attention understanding and work some your side if you have mastered this one, well you have achieved something.
