[SOLVED] Complete LCD driver in C

I m building a complete LCD driver using a microcontroller p89v51rd2 in C. A driver should be able to do all the processing related to LCD that includes displaying data in LCD, modifying the data, giving full access to user on choosing which line to display data and many more features. So can you guys give me some link or post some code in C to do this? Thank u for ur help...

Sorry guys I mean to say 7 segment LED display...can u have a link or C code to make its driver to interface with my microcontroller p89v51rd2?

and how many seven segments are there..
we together will make library.. but first lets make the requirements..

I have got 5 seven segments. First I need to display a counter in there using p89v52rd2 and 8255. After that I need to display a clock, which can be done once we display a counter in 7 segment. So can you help me plz?

I have displayed a counter now.....I've already done interfacing of p89v51rd2 with rtc ds307 and obtained a real time clock in hyperterminal. Now i need to display the clock in 7 segment LED. So basically I need to send the value of ds1307 to the display. So plz will u help me with this??
