which one is good? in terms of device mathing.
 

The voltage offset due to mismatch of bipolar is smaller than that of MOS. You can refer details to the book of Paul R. Gray:Analasys and design of analog circuit.

i think bjt is bettle, but cmos compare of the digital curcuit
