CompactFlash Memory Card Problem!

I'm designing CF memory interface on ARM9. It use TrueIDE mode and ATA/FAT16.
The problem is that it can't find or read the cf during running time.
It JUST find and read the card on power on time - connection established aleady with CF card.
Is there anybody have experience with the same problem?
plz. help me.

are you working with specific RTOS ?
do you have all drivers ?
are device driver mapped correctly to the device ?
what kind of cf are you using ?
what is your electrical connection, timing, power supply ?
what is the exact problem/scenario ?

as i understand you probebly boot the cpu by boot flash or debugger, then you
run the compact flash drivers, you can see the compact flash device but you can't move files to/from it.

what kind of cf are you using ? - Transcend 128B
what is your electrical connection, timing, power supply ? - Confirmed

what is the exact problem/scenario ?
1. On reset time : Find the CF card and read OK
2. Can't read when I extract the cf card and repushed on running time.
