Dear all,

I would like to know how it is implemented an OSI layer software. I mean, for example in TCP/Ip or CANopen. For example, in CANopen I can request an SDO download to a remote node. After some time, the response from the remote node should be received (SDO confirmation or SDO abort message). Then, my local node send another SDO message for with data, etc... The knowledge I am looking for is how the application layer communicates with the Network layer, etc. Queus of messages, callbacks, etc?. Anyone could provide me with good links, books recommendations, source code?.

Thansk a lot and best regards,

mimoto
