Communication Between dsPIC 33F to Netduino plus 2 (ST 3.3 with TTL 5V)

Hello everybody,
I would want to make an UART communication between a dsPIC 33F wich has Pin out 0-3.3V ST to Netduino which has pin out 0-5V TTL. do I need an adapter?
