Common centroid Better Matching for M1 9 fingers and M2 fingers

Can somebody help me to get the better common centroid matching for M1(9fingers)And M2(9fingers).

d = dummy

For saving die area you could give up border dummies.

In that case we can not share(say suppose i wanted to share M1 source & M2 source) for less space.

i think its better don't go for sharing, it will increase stress due to STI

One more option is, You can break the width of the transistor to half of its value ( if it does not affects the design ) and double the no. of fingers.

So u will be having even no. of fingers and can easily get common centroid matching
