Commenting on PCB boards in Altium

Is there a way to insert comments into Altium PCB Documents? I don't want the comment to appear when the board is printed, I just want it for documentation purposes. In other words, NOT the 'place string' option in the PCB editor. Preferably something similar to the 'place text frame' option in the schematic editor.

You can select one of the various unused layers to that purpose.
It is a common usage.
