Dear experts,

I m new to command line and don not know how to do this simple task using command line.
My problem:

I have a text file, in which I have list of directory paths. So, I want to add a new directory path in between. For this, I need to make space and paste a new path there using command line. Is it possible?

I just have made one line which can go to a specific line number.
command line : start notepad++ path.txt -n26E

I want your help to complete this task.

Thanks in advance
