Command in windows xp

Hai
Is there any command in windows xp like "Help" for listing whole existing commands (DOS) in the command prompt ?
Since "Help" command do not list whole dos commands

Open a terminal window and type 'help'. It's still there and it lists the DOS style commands that are still usable but it only works in text mode and in a terminal window.
