I had computer plugged to no name audio system, so you can guess how low the sound was. I was searching internet. Looking for some cheap columns project. I decided to use popular ans easy to make MTM system based on tesla and visaton. Ofcourse I need also an amplifier, I bought Kenwood KA-770D

Columns are made up of particle board ( not from house furniture) 188mm. Boards are glued by vikol and screwed each 10cm. Speakers hole is 18 liters. As a bracing there is partition wall. Branch point is from SW project. Air spaced coil from Akkus and Janzten condensers. Speakers are of course 2xARN-150-05/4 ohm and Visation SC10N per column. Tuning – 50Hz. Columns are waiting for veneer.
Sound quality:
Nice mumble bass that can shake 13m2. SC10N as for their price, plays very good, high tones are clear without ant screech. I was thinking about dome ARV, but now I’m happy owner. The biggest shortcoming are middle tones (I expected ). After some correction in equalizer is better now. Mostly I use that for reggae music and rock so columns works fine. At movies with good sound quality MTM’s also can show what they can. I’m very happy when friends asking me “something like this can play soooo good?”.

Don’t watch at mess
