why the mobile phone towers are always painted red?
is there any specific reason?

Probably it has to do something with Civil Aviation Rules.

To be precise alternate sections of aviation orange and white paint are used as they provide maximum visibility of an obstruction by contrast in colors.

The tower is painted in 7 areas divided into the length of the tower. It is painted alternate red and white for a total of 7 differently colored areas evenly spaced over
the length of the tower.
