hello,
can any one suggest me with a simplified vhdl code for interfacing spartan 6(sp605) with an ic adc 0804?

all you need is :
1. generate WR pulse (>100ns) ,and CS~.
2. sample Interupt~ pin goes low. de-asset wr~
3. if interup~ went low generate the RD~ pulse and cs~.
4. poll interupt~, wait until hight (rising edge).
5. sample the data.
6. de-assert the RD~ pulse.
7. go back to 1.
