CoBuilder 0.16 released

Coocox CoBuilder 0.16 is available now.
Update list:
-Fix some bugs.
-Added: menu of "Project", "New Project", "Open project", "Save Project As" and "Close Project".
-Added: the splash function when starting CoBuilder.
-Added: menu of "Help".
-Added: Automatically create a new project when selecting components.

Now it's more easy to manage projects and documents.
