Something like a transistor in class A amplifying mode could do what you want.
Put a capacitor on the output and you'll get negative current flow. It will be similar as if you had attached a speaker. You do not need to add a negative power supply.
It will not automatically subtract .75 V (the net equation for what you want), unless you adjust components carefully so you get the desired output range.
The above suggestion may not work for all waveforms or all frequencies.
