Hi all,
Please I need to explanation about cluster size in cellular system using GSM , according to this equation [ The cluster size must satisfy: N = i2 + ij + j2 where i, j are non-negative integers ] , & The cluster size, N, is typically equal to 4, 7, or 12.
So, if N=1 that is mean all region (coverage area) have one cluster or each cell in region (coverage area) was consider cluster ?? Please I need this explanation so badly , and if any books or links have explanation about this .

Thanks in advance,
Rawan Ayyoub
