View attachment clock_ mesh.bmpHi All,

Iam working on complex design which requires tight skew control. So, I decided to implement clcok mesh as show in the

attachement, depending the floorplan and logic of design .

Regarding the Mesh structure:

In attached figure, " root " is the clock mesh root point and from the nodes

like A, B, C, D, we are trying clock nearby module similar to clcok tree. The central spine is a multidriven net.

1 ) The thing is , i could not judge in to which kind of mesh my structure falls and how to design a clock mesh specification file for this .

2) After doing this, iam planning to dump spice and compare the results of ecounter ultra sim and hspice. But, i dont know whether i can do the simulation for multidriven nets.

Please help me in above couple of ascpects.

Regards,
