Hi
I am looking to use a stm32f215 processor.
From the datasheet it states clock frequency of 120MHz.
I wanted to ask if this is achieved by using prescalers or multiplying the external clock by a factor?
I don't remember seeing a 120MHz external crystal.
This has been confusing me.
Can anyone assist?
Thanks in advance

Hi,

I don't know the answer, thus I'd try:
* Read the datasheet or use STM32Cube.
* I guess there are other tools and documents in the internet.

Btw: Farnell lists about 300 different "standard oscillators" >= 120MHz. Additionally there are others.
