I want to make the recognition of human motion in which classifies human movement based on the k nearest neighbor with the Leave-one-out option, and k = 1.

For this, I have adata base (90 videos for 10 different actions). I want to follow the steps of classification mentioned her : http://www.vision.jhu.edu/activityRecognition.htm

could you give me the procedure to classify my database.
