i ned some materials of how is bulid an cisc microprocessor.
 

Hi,
look for a book by Hennessy Patterson on Computer Architecture. It is a good book and incorporates the basic concepts for CISC and RISC prosessore designing.
Microprocessor Logic Design by Nick Tredenick is another great one if you want to learn processor designing.
