I have two resistors R1 and R2 (31 ohms) in parallel with each other.

Both resistors are supplied to 3.28V.

R1 and R2 both have seperate loads.

I measured R1 current to be 8.8mA
I measured the voltage at the load to be 3.04V

I measured R2 current to be 1mA
I measured the voltage at the load to be 3.24V

Im confused because I thought that the current would be the same because the resitance is the same (I = 3.28V/31 = 106mA). Is the load determining the current and not the 31 ohm resistors?

Could you show your circuit? What you have said doesn't make sense. If two resistors are in parallel they cannot have separate loads.

The two resistors are NOT in parallel since they have two different loads (that is why they have different voltages at the load end), therefore the current difference!
