I know this question is weird, but i am interested in making one for studying purposes. can anyone give me a simple circuit for doing that.

No need for a circuit for that. A junk arc welder or hand grinder will do the best you expect.

Is there any electronic solution for that, like some special modification done to SMPS to increase its emitted EMI.
 

May be possible but i never tried reverse engineering electronics for EMI

Thanks a lot for the replies :grin:, creating one like this is very useful for designing appropriate filters for protecting the instrument from damage as nowadays power lines are heavily contaminated with all sorts of noises like voltage fluctuations, emi, surges, spikes etc etc.
