Ok thanks here the input voltage is given 17-30 volts , so is it compulsary to apply 17 volts in minimum ?

& what if i use to make a total of 12 volts 1 Ah from 3 single battries of each 4 volts 1 Ah (in series) ??? Is it compact woth the circuit ??
 

17V is the min

4V lead-acid batteries?
 
IF the batteries are in good condition and about the same charge state it should be ok.

Sir , what changes we need in component's value if we apply same circuit for

!) 4 volts
&
2) 8 volts

please explain it for both ! thanks
